Seven age groups. One pathway to the future.
Teams may register in one or more of the following age groups:
Under 7
Developing individual skills, confidence and positive interaction within the team.
Under 9
Building technical ability and expanding each player's experience on the pitch.
Under 11
A gradual move into organised competition and a stronger understanding of team play.
Under 12
Strengthening technical and physical development while introducing tactical awareness.
Under 13
Raising the competitive level and developing each player within the team structure.
Under 14
An advanced stage preparing talented players for higher competitive levels.

Who can register?
The competitions welcome eligible sporting and educational organisations.
An organisation may register teams in one or more available age groups, subject to meeting the participation requirements for each group.
